Rat and Dragon
An excellent match ★★★★★
鼠Rat
The Rat and the Dragon belong to the same trine (三合), one of the four triangles of signs that the tradition says share a temperament. This is the strongest match the zodiac offers: two people who want the same things from a day and forgive each other the same faults.
The Rat: Quick, resourceful and sociable. The Rat opens the cycle: it is the sign of beginnings, of noticing the opening before anyone else and slipping through it.
The Dragon: Confident, ambitious and generous. The only mythical animal in the cycle, the Dragon brings rain and good harvests; emperors took it as their emblem.
龙Dragon
Rat and Dragon in love, friendship and work
In love
Love comes easily: the two read each other without explanation and rarely tire of each other's company. The tradition pairs trine signs first when it matches couples.
As friends
As friends they are the pair who plan the trip and both turn up. They fall into the same rhythm and take the same side in a room.
At work
At work they pull the same way; the risk is that no one in the room disagrees. A trine pair does best with a third voice at the table.
Other matches
For the Rat

For the Dragon
